We provide shipping within the United States only.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Central Time) are processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed on the next business day.

3. Order Handling Time

  • Order handling time is 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once processing is complete, the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Transit Time

  • Estimated delivery time after shipment: 7–12 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Orders $60 or less: $4.99 shipping fee

  • Orders over $60: Free shipping

  • All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

6. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers, including:

  • YunExpress

  • USPS

  • UPS

The carrier depends on your location and the shipping method you choose

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipment.

  • Once order processing begins, cancellations or modifications are no longer guaranteed.
